V. Stiviano Lawsuit -- Donald Sterling Is Gay ... I Was a 'Beard'

EXCLUSIVE

0821_stiviano_sterling_tmz_getty

V. Stiviano has just filed new legal docs in her war with Shelly Sterling -- claiming she NEVER slept with Donald Sterling ... 'cause he's into men and she was his beard.

TMZ Sports has obtained the lawsuit -- which Stiviano filed in response to Shelly's allegations that V. accepted cars and property from Donald that he didn't have the authority to give her.

In the new docs, Stiviano argues that the items in question were given to her in exchange for being Donald's "beard -- and she insists Shelly knew about it.

Stiviano states  ... she was "not ever a sexual partner of Donald T. Sterling" and "believes that [Sterling] is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts and or sexual congress with males."

Umana Umana, Wife in a N145m Loan Scandal

 (Itohowo Williams)

Umana Umana, Wife in a N145m Loan Scandal
Umana Umana, Wife in a N145m Loan Scandal
Umana Okon Umana, immediate past Secretary to Akwa Ibom State Government (SSG), his wife, Florence, One Ubong Ibiam and Kaniex Integrated Service Ltd may soon be dragged to court for alleged "stealing, advanced fee fraud, fraudulent conversion and diversion of One Hundred and Forty Five Million Naira (N145,000,000,00) belonging to Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON)."

A pre-action notice sent to Obong and Mrs. Umana Okon Umana by AMCON, through her lawyers, Charles Uhegbu a Co, a copy of which is in our possession reveals that on December 17, 2007, Bank PHB/ Keystone (AMCON) granted a loan facility to Mrs. Florence Uman O. Umana and Mr. Ubong Ubiam on behalf of Kaniex Integrated Services Ltd for a period of one and a half years (18 months) for the purpose of constructing the company's permanent structure.
According to the legal firm, the applicants in a bid to get approval for the loan from the bank attached the following documents to the loan application:Corporate Affairs Commission documents inclusive of particulars of directors, copy of international passport, application letter, Board Resolution as well as personal guarantee of Mrs. Florence etc.

The pre-action notice from the law firm to the loan applicants states that after the "bank magnanimously granted the loan in the applicants favor and the facility was duly accepted," the applicants have since refused, neglected or rejected to liquidate the said facility when the bank called in for her money, despite several demand notice.

In the notice, the legal firm stated that the refusal of the loan applicants to defray the loan in question is allegedly, "due to your criminal conversion and diversion."

The law firm maintained that from investigations, the bank/AMCON discovered that the loaners (obligors), fraudulently converted and diverted the said facility for the purpose of buying stock/shares of Bank PHB/keystone (AMCON), thus negating, offending or expunging the letter and spirit of the offer graciously granted the obligors herein."

Continuing, the legal firm stated, "This singular act of criminality is obviously depicted on the bank statement which of course expressly offends every known criminal law globally."

"Permit me to further state that in other to feign ignorance of the said fraudulent act, you completely distanced yourselves from this obligation. Furthermore, you have maintained that you are/were not aware of the existence of such transaction with our client," the law firm noted.

"However, it is on record that vital documents such as your international passport evidenced this transaction. It is also on record that your cronies were used to execute several fraudulent transactions from the bank statement," the pre-action notice to the Umana's maintained.

According to the law firm's letter, "Moreover, you have also stated that the facility was granted without your express consent or board approval. As a matter of fact, this is highly false and misleading as the board resolutions as well as other documents obviously evidenced full consent."

The statement further added, 'Sadly you further admitted that you do not owe our client any form of obligation, since the facility was granted to "unknown persons". "Much to our chagrin, you further contended that you are highly politically connected and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) or the Nigerian Police cannot arrest, investigate or prosecute you."

"It is quite pathetic and ridiculous that in our 21st century/computer age, some people will hide under the pretext of "the doctrine of alibi" to perpetrate such heinous crimes."

Then the law firm's clincher: "TAKE NOTICE, that this letter serves as a pre-action notice of intention to commence legal action against you as well as KANIEX Integrated Services Ltd, should you fail to honor your obligation within the above mentioned transaction within 14 days from today."

All efforts to speak with the Media Aide of Obong Umana, Iboro Otongaran were not successful, but Mr. Otuekong Bonny Nyong who also handles media and publicity jobs for the former SSG who spoke with our Editor on the allegation, said his principal had confirmed to him that the allegation is not only false but a blackmail to dent Obong Umana's image.

He assured our editor that Obong Umana was going to issue a press statement on the loan saga promising to get across to our editor when the press statement was ready but as at the time of filing the report he was yet to call our editor for his principal's side of the story.

OAP Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi on why she can't date an entertainer

In a chat with theNETng, 30 year old On-Air-Personality, Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi spoke on why she can't date an entertainer...

"I wouldn't like to go out with anyone in the entertainment industry. Let's be honest, apart from the flashy life, lights, camera and action, they are very busy people. It's not easy, they travel a lot and they are constantly working and worried about their career. Hence, you might not be a priority or you might come down the scale of priority. So, I can't date anyone in the industry. In some cases, some people are able to manage it properly, they understand each other and they understand the business, so nobody gets jealous if you see your partner talking to the opposite sex for too long." she said

My 'beef' with Genevieve - Omoni Oboli opens up

In a recent visit to the corporate office of iCampus Newspaper, Omoni opened up

"I can't place my fingers on when the supposed "beef "started but one thing I know is that, there is no problem between Genevieve and I . We did not have any issue or problem whatsoever. We are not enemies, neither are we friends. We are colleagues, a senior one at that, we greet each other when we see; it is not like we visit each other at home." Continue...

Speaking on the real cause of the rumoured animosity, Omoni who recently became a director and producer said;

"I acted a movie, Anchor Baby, the director (Lonzo Nzekwe) of the movie granted an interview and said Omoni Oboli is the best actress in Nigeria. Some bloggers latched on it and said Omoni Oboli is better than Genevieve and Omotola. The next thing was that people started writing about a supposed 'beef 'with her. I cannot get the reason they didn't write about beef with Omotola. In my opinion, someone somewhere was just being mischievous. I have absolutely no problem with her, and I believe she has no problem with me."

While speaking on the topic,
'Nigeria's Biggest Problem: Corruption or Impunity?' The Governor stated that while impunity and corruption remain part of the country's problems, anger remains the greatest challenge facing Nigeria. Continue reading:
He observed that the Angry People's Congress has provided a platform for aggrieved members of the PDP to defect to.
According to Udoaghan, every Nigerian was angry to the extent that "five governors who were at a ceremony with the President walked out on the President and formed the Angry People's Congress."

Continuing, he said, "One of the biggest problems we have in this country today is anger, we are angry with each other."

"When you are angry with the President, you join the APC, when you are angry with the governor, you join APC. There is too much anger in the land and we need to deal with it," Udoaghan said.

Other speakers at the conference were Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State, former Military Head of State, Yakubu Gowon, and Honourable Aminu Tambuwa, Speaker of House of Representatives.

Princess Comedian speaks on life after 'failed marriage

From: Kemi Filani

Princess Comedian speaks on life after 'failed marriage
Comediene, Damilola Adekoya, popularly known as Princess, in a new interview tells Punch about her career and life after her marriage which lasted less than one month. See excerpts below:

You have been in the industry for some time now, how has it been?
It has been okay. We have been managing by the grace of God. But last year, I was a bit down. I was in the hospital for some time and I needed to get myself together again physically and otherwise before I start running up and down again.
What was wrong with you?
We thank the Lord for His mercies.
You didn't say what was wrong with you that you had to be hospitalised?
But you already know. We thank the Lord. The most important thing is that I am alive and better. I appreciate life more. But this one you are asking, e no reach make I sick? After my husband left after our wedding, was it not enough reason for me to be sick? Ah! The Lord is our strength.
Why are you making fun of this?
Ah! I am telling you the truth o. The truth is that we all have challenges in our lives. I have always believed that the challenge is not the issue but how you get up and get over it. I was very down last year. It was my low moment. But with the help of God and the support of my family and friends, I am here now. I am happy.
Are you no longer depressed?
I was never depressed. I reacted like every normal human being would react if she embarks on a lifetime journey and it doesn't go as she planned it. But God has a reason for everything.
You make people laugh, are there times you wish somebody would also make you laugh?
I wish that all the time. If you give me N5m cheque, I will laugh from now till tomorrow morning. If you give me a property at Ikoyi, I will laugh for a month nonstop; you will beg me to stop laughing.
One young comedian said recently that the older comedians steal their jokes and claim them as theirs, do you agree with him?
Ha! Doesn't it sound somehow? It is just like me saying that Alibaba stole my jokes. He has been here for a while and he has his repertoires. For him to be relevant still means that he is doing something nice. I just started 12 years ago and somebody that started last year would say I am using his jokes. What was I using before? I cannot dispute the fact that sometimes, comedians can just tell a colleague's joke. But in Nigeria, I don't think we have copyright on our jokes. However, it is good to be dynamic and reinvent yourself. I am original. I don't need to copy anybody. This is the job God has sent me to do and He will provide jokes for me till the end of time.
So you have really spent 12 years in the industry?
Oh yes. God has been faithful and I have the will to be better and carve a niche. It makes you want to be a trail blazer and want to move on. I have had massive support from great people. They appreciate me and I want to do better. I am intelligent. It is not easy to be an Engineering graduate and also a Theatre Arts graduate.
How?
I studied Electrical Electronics Engineering at the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro and I read Theatre Arts at the University of Lagos. I am a student of Alliance d Francais. I am too much. I am a member of the Rotary Club. So don't try me.
What happened to your acting career?
I still act but I have not done any movie in a while. I have spoken to some of my friends in recent times and I think I will come back on board. Acting is my first love. It is just that comedy takes a lot of time. You have to travel a lot to make people happy. I am also a caterer.
As a Theatre Art student, was it your desire to go into comedy?
No. I never knew I would be a stand-up comedian. I thank God any way. We went for a show at MUSON Centre (Lagos). We had a stage play performance. I used to make my friends laugh during rehearsals. So that day, we were waiting for the comedians that were supposed to perform at that event. So somebody suggested that I should go on the stage and perform. That was how it started. But the likes of Wale Adenuga encouraged me to go into it full time.
Are there times you wish you weren't a celebrity especially when you are linked with controversies?
The only time I felt bad about my fame was when my marriage ended. I felt if I weren't this popular; people wouldn't have talked about it. So many marriages crash on a daily basis but you will not hear about them. Some people have been married five times but you will not hear their gist because they are not in the eye of the public. People didn't know that the marriage had broken up until December when I felt I was strong enough to handle the publicity that it generated.
Were you shocked with the kind of publicity it generated?
I was shocked! People called me from all parts of the world including China. Some people cried while some people felt happy. Some guys said they were happy my marriage ended. Some said they were not happy that I even married the guy. Some said I looked older than him. Some said my marriage shouldn't have ended just like that. People talked and talked. But the only time you know your marriage is successful is when you live with your partner and God calls one of you home. Marriage of 30 years can still break up. It is a bad thing for a marriage to breakup. So you can imagine the unhappiness the parties involved would be going through. Nobody is happy when his/her marriage ends. Some people see me outside and ask, 'your marriage has ended, how do you feel?' I will answer them that I am jumping up or how else do they expect me to feel? Nonsense! A comedian once said that 'complete' and 'finish' appear to have the same meaning but they are not the same. If you marry the right person, you are complete but if you marry the wrong person, you are finished.
Were you in love with him in the first place?
I got married to somebody who I was in love with. At that time, he also said he loved me. Unfortunately, the marriage ended too soon.
Why?
It was due to irreconcilable differences. It is not a thing of joy. I don't think we should celebrate sadness and bad news. We should be more sensitive. No marriage should end but peradventure it does, don't make a mockery of that person. You are not even mocking the person, you are mocking God.
Are you giving it another shot?
No! Me ke? Let us struggle first and make some money. In any case, I think I should marry a Chinese or an Indian. If many people agree that I should marry a Chinese, then I will go ahead. But a Japanese might be better. Japanese products are strong and reliable.
Is your ex-husband still your friend?
I don't think you should call him my 'ex-husband' because we were together for less than one month. An ex- husband is somebody you marry and after three years or more, you separate. Anyway, I don't know where he is. We have moved on.
Are you happy?

I am happier now and I am better. I was happy before, the only thing that got me sad was that the marriage ended. I did one wedding and it didn't go well and I am alive. I should thank God. A lot of people lose their spouses just after a week of marriage. As long as you are alive, have hope. If God says I should marry again, I will follow His will. I have made my own attempt, let God make His own. I am sure he (ex-husband) is okay anywhere he is anyway.
Wasn't the break-up your fault?
No. it wasn't my fault. I can't really say it was his fault too. It was just irreconcilable differences. We met and we were in love and we quickly got married. Maybe we got married too quickly but I have seen people who got married a month after they met and the marriage lasted. Our own didn't work out. There is no need to apportion blame.
Do you still believe in love?
I have always believed in fairy tales and a knight in shining armour but my marriage didn't go that way unfortunately.
There is usually a stigma associated with women who are divorced, doesn't that bother you?
Stigma ke? That was before. Men can afford to have 20 children from different women. If your wife is abusing you and you cannot take it, my brother, please take a walk. If your husband is abusing you, take a walk. If it is like my own case that both of you cannot agree, you also need to take a walk before somebody wounds the other person. Death is final. So it is better to take off before it degenerates into death. I know somebody that separated from his wife and years later, he came back and begged her and they are back together. He, who fights and runs away lives to fight another day. Don't die there.
So what if your husband comes back?
No o. But like I said; he, who fights and runs away, lives to fight another day.
Have you always been this big?
No! I was very slim before but I didn't like it. I would rather be this big.

Guy rapes three year old girl inside church

More rape cases keep coming up everyday!

A 19 year old man, Arogundade Opeyemi has been arrested for defiling a three year old girl in a church.

In a statement released by the Oyo State Police Command, Arogundade was alleged to have had carnal knowledge of the daughter of his neighbour inside the church at Kuola area of Apata, Ibadan, Oyo State on the 2nd of August 2014. Continue with the rest of the story as reported by the Nation Newspaper.

According to the police, the suspect took the girl to the church located very close to the house at about 8:00 pm on the fateful day under the pretense of playing with her as usual. The Police statement reads as follows:

"The suspect laid the little girl on the floor in the church, tore her pant and had unlawful carnal knowledge of her. Immediately he perpetrated the act, he ran away, leaving the crying girl on the floor of the church. When her mother heard her outcry, she rushed out to inquire from her daughter what had happened and she gesticulated by touching her private part and mentioning the suspect's name," state Police Public Relations Officer, Mrs. Olabisi Clet-Ilobanafor, said in the statement.

The Police Public Relations Officer PPRO, disclosed that medical report confirmed that the girl's hymen has been broken, adding that there was an area of trauma on the vulva, which confirms the defilement.

"Detectives hunted for the suspect and he was eventually arrested.

"The suspect has been arraigned in a magistrate court for an offense of defilement which is contrary to and punishable under section 218 of the criminal code cap 38 vol. 11 Laws of Oyo State of Nigeria 2000," the statement added.

...... 1000 Clerics Storm Abuja To Reconcile Jonathan, Obasanjo

From: Ladun Liadi

1000 Clerics Storm Abuja To Reconcile Jonathan, Obasanjo
This report is according to Vanguard and I find it very amusing. Lol, 1000 clerics?

Ahead of the 2015 general elections in the country, over 1000 Bishops and Pastors from the Pentecostal fold on Sunday stormed the Ecumenical Center Abuja to reconcile President Goodluck Jonathan and former President Olusegun Obasajo.

The Clerics who came from different parts of the country arrived late on Saturday while some of them from Imo State arrived early hours of Sunday and slept at the park as there were no officials of the organizers of the program.

But it was gathered that because of the absence of President Goodluck Jonathan who was away to Germany on a national official duty and that of the former President Obasanjo who was said to have been represented by his pastor the reconciliation prayer meeting could not precede.

There were divergent views on the invitation sent to the two leaders as some of the pastors claimed both President Jonathan and former President Obasanjo were formerly invited, some other members said that the President was not given formal invitation to attend but that he was aware of the meeting.

Some of the clerics told Vanguard that President Jonathan was represented at the prayer meeting by Venerable Obioma Onwuzurumba but that the members had wanted the two personalities to be present so that the reconciliation could be effective

In the absence of the main objective of the meeting which was the reconciliation, the Ministers of God had intensive prayers against the recent outbreak of the deadly Ebola Virus Disease, EVD, the insurgency in the North East occasioned by the Boko Haram sect and the abduction of Chibok girls in Borno State.

A Pastor who spoke to Vanguard on condition of anonymity said that there was also indiscriminate installation of Bishops and ordination of pastors at the occasion.

In an interview, one of the 100 pastors from Imo State that were stranded on arrival early hours of Sunday and founder and General Overseer of Light of God Mission, Mbaise, Imo State, Rev. Udechukwu Matthew Uka explained that the prayer meeting was to ensure a total reconciliation between President Jonathan and former President Obasanjo.

Rev. Uka said that the reconciliation of the two would bring a peaceful election in 2015 as well as unity to the country, stressing that the Men of God were concerned over the suspected strained relationship between two great leaders of the country.

According to him, "We came to Abuja to pray for the peace and unity of this nation and to make sure that the leaders of this nation are working in unison, especially we want to pray that God will unite the former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo with the present President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan.

"We know that they are leaders and when two of them are united, many souls, many part of the nation will be united, they are the head. The former President is aware of our coming, he is the grand patron of this network which is Master Seed Pentecostal and College of Bishops and Ministers network.

"We are almost 1000 in number organized by our national President Bishop David Emma Okoroafor Agu. The 1000 ministers are from different states of the federation. Many are from Rivers State, some from Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Abia State, Enugu, Anambra, Imo, Lagos , Edo, Delta and many other parts of the country.

He also said that President Jonathan was aware of their and coming for the reconciliation meeting.

On while some of them slept at the park on arrival about 12 am on Sunday, he said, "The reason is that we came very late, our vehicle couldn't meet up with time. Before we came in, our national organizers who should direct us where to pass the night have gone to their various homes, we came almost midnight that is why we were stranded."

Also speaking Pastor Modestus Kelechi the General Overseer of Holy Ghost Intercessory Ministry with its headquarters in Mbutu, Aboh Mbaise in Imo State said that it was imperative that President Jonathan and former President Obasanjo should unite to give the nation direction.

Pastor Kelechi who is a notable prayer warrior said that God would not be happy to see the two men going across purposes, adding that animosity among the two could spell doom to the nation.

He said, "'They have to come together for the sake of this country."'

This Is How Pastor Tunde Healed Ebola Patient In Lagos

This Is How Pastor Tunde Healed Ebola Patient In Lagos

There is no sickness that is above the healing power of God Almighty. Below is a miracle experienced by Pastor Tunde Awayinoluwa on his encounter with a Doctor who contracted Ebola:
The power of God is awesome, there's a God in heaven that rules over the affairs of men. One of the doctors that attended to Patrick Sawyer tested positive to the deadly Ebola Virus Disease. The number was hiven to me, says the pastor.

I called him, his voice was down because he was weak from stooling, vomiting, headaches and terrible pains on his ankles. I told him there is a name that is stronger than Ebola and that name is JESUS CHRIST! I told him to get a cup of water, I prayed on it converting it to the BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST and I told him to drink the water.

The next day I called him to speak with him but he did not pick his calls. After a few minutes I called him again, he picked and told me he went to take his bath and I asked him 'Did any body help you?' he said 'No'; I blessed the name of the Lord because that is the process of healing.
I continued calling him and praying with him everyday, and he kept on telling me he is getting stronger everyday. Gradually the symptoms of the Ebola disease began to disappear, he started eating without vomiting. On the 14th of August, they did another test on him, when the result came out he was free of the Ebola Virus disease and so he was discharged on the 18th of August.

PRAISE THE LIVING JESUS, HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD!!

Meet Yusuf Usman, The Hotel Worker Who Returned N17Million… He Earns N20,000 Monthly As Salary [PHOTO]

A man in Jigawa has performed a remarkable deed as he found and returned N17 Million.

37-year-old Yusuf Usman discovered the money in an iPad jacket in one of the rooms he supervises at the Three-Star Hotel in, Dutse, Jigawa.

Usman earns just N20,000 monthly but that did not tempt him to keep the money. He said:

"I have been with State, for the past 15 years and I am currently their Reception Manager. What actually happened was that on that fateful day that I found the money, I was on my way from reception to see one of the house-keepers. I passed through the hotel garden where some of our guests usually relax.

As I was going, I saw an iPad lying close to one of the flowers in the garden and there was nobody there. So I went and took the iPad so that I could take it to the reception and wait for the owner who may come for it later.

When I looked at it closely, I saw some foreign currency and some wad of naira notes in the iPad jacket. I quickly took it to the management and I was asked to keep the money and the iPad in my safe at the reception. I did not count the money myself,"

"Three days later, a staff of Jigawa College of Health Technology, Jahun, who came to book the hotel for their guests called me and said that one of the guests, who was lodged in the hotel had called to say that he misplaced his iPad containing some money, but can't remember whether it was in the hotel he forgot it or not. I told them that it was in the hotel and I found it,"

Jigawa-Hotel-worker-500x281

The reception manager said the people from Jahun were so happy and full of thanks when they came to claim the money.

"When the owner of the money found out that his money has been found, he was very happy. They thanked me and the management of the hotel. The Jigawa College of Health Technology wrote a commendation letter to me.

It was there they stated that the money was over $100,000 because the jacket also had local currency in it. My management also gave me a commendation letter. Governor Sule Lamido was informed and he showered a lot of praises on me.

He was very proud of me,"

"As you can see I am not financially comfortable but that is not the point. What is not yours is not yours. There are three reasons why I will never take somebody's property. One, stealing is against the teaching of Islam and I was strictly brought up according to Islamic teaching.

Secondly, my father has always warned me never to tamper with what is not mine because it can bring destruction in my life and thirdly, it is the tradition of our hotel not to hide whatever item we found. Even if it is not me that found the iPad and the money, whoever found it will have returned it. We have a store in the hotel for forgotten items.

Some items have been there for 10 years. I don't see what I did as a big deal. I am just doing my duty,"

"I don't believe that running away with somebody's money will make me wealthy. Wealth belongs to Allah and if Allah destined me to be wealthy it will come to pass. My wife is so proud of me that her respect for me has doubled,"

Usman admonished the youth to preserve their integrity and to realize that a good name is better than wealth.
