Boko Haram kills four Nigerian refugees in Cameroon

Four Nigerians taking refuge in a village in the far north of Cameroon have been killed by members of Boko Haram in an attack that took place on Friday October 24th.

14yr old Gia Soriano, victim of Washington school shooting dies in hospital

Beautiful 14 year old Gia Soriano died in hospital last night after she was taken off life support. Gia was one of the five people shot


 at close range by 15 year old Jaylen Fryberg at Marysville-Pilchuck High School in Washington D.C before he turned the gun on himself on Friday October 24th. (read here). Her family released a statement saying;

Unknown gunmen killed a German national and abducted another one on Friday morning October 24th in Sagamu, Ogun state.


The two men, who worked for Julius Berger, were traveling in two separate vehicles without their security escorts when the gunmen attacked and fired shots into their vehicles.

48 year old Nigerian man arraigned in UK court for drug trafficking

Alleged rapist Abayomi (pictured shirtless) was caught in Ife town outside OAU campus today. He was alleged to have raped a student from the department of Dramatic Art, Faculty of Art Of Obafemi Awolowo University outside the school campus somewhere behind Damico Institute Along Ede Road, Ife Osun State.

He was caught after the rape victim reported to the Students Union who promptly went looking for him. He was brought back to OAU where he was paraded at the Senate Building this evening. He has since been handed over to school security who will hand him over to police.
