President Barack  Obama, who was in Chicago on Monday, October 20, 2014 to drum up support and vote for incumbent governor, Pat Quinn, who is having a torrid time seeking re-election when he was told "Mr. President, don't touch my girlfriend," by Mike Jones, whose fiance Aia Cooper was standing next to the president.

According to a CNN report, President Obama replied: "I really wasn't planning on it," later joking that Jones was "an example of a brother just embarrassing you for no reason."

Cooper apologized on behalf of her boyfriend, telling President Obama that she knew her boyfriend would make a witty comment.

She said: "I can't believe Mike, he is such a fool."

President Obama eventually got one over Jones, hugging and kissing his fiance after voting.

"On the cheek, just the cheek — please, Michelle, don't come after me — just the cheek!" Cooper said after voting.

"Now, he's really jealous," Obama said to Cooper.

it's not a problem so far it's done at the end of every game. Liverpool's Mario Balotelli probably didn't get that memo.

So, the controversial footballer is going to face the music for swapping shirts with Real Madrid's Pepe during last night's Champions League game between both clubs.

Okada Rider Kills Police Man who Siezed His Motorcycle! *PHOTO*

A police corporal, Joseph Ebosele, has been confirmed dead at a Lagos hospital after he was hit with an iron rod by a motorcyclist, Bakare Lukman, in the Meiran area of Lagos State. On Oct. 11,

 a police patrol team seized a bike belonging to one Lukman after he was seen using the bike around 11:00pm. Lukeman reportedly escaped from the police and waylaid Ebosele where he hit him with the iron rod. He tells Punch:

"After they seized the bike I went ahead of them and stayed in a mechanic shop. It was there I saw an iron rod which I took. While waiting on Meiran Road, I saw their van pass by, then I saw the policeman riding my bike. I used all my strength to hit him with the iron before fleeing with my bike."

The 35 year old police corporal was rushed to a Lagos hospital where he was confirmed dead. The Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Keneth Nwosu, confirmed the incident.

Folly Coker as he is fondly called, also described his alleged ownership of Mavin Records as the figment of the imagination of those peddling the story. In the last few days, the rumours of Folly Coker, being at the centre of the alleged troubled marriage of Tiwa Savage and her husband, Tunji Balogun, flew around town with several sites publishing the unsubstantiated claim.

However, sources close to the tall and handsome son of Baba Eto of Lagos, Chief Folarin Coker, have defended him as having nothing to do with Tiwa Savage and Mavin Records. "These reports are tissues of lies," one insider said. "Folly knows Don Jazzy and likes his music a lot. But he has no investment in Mavin Records. These things are pure lies.

"For Tiwa Savage, you cannot even say they are friends, not to talk of lovers. They don't exchange text messages or anything. "The story is definitely sponsored – and there's no iota of truth in it. Legal actions have commenced against the fabricators of the damaging tale." 

Sources disclosed that Folly Coker will soon be addressing the media to clear the air as well as put an end to the rumour.

A man in Zimbabwe has been arrested for smuggling 100 pounds of second-hand G-strings, thongs, and regular pants into the country.

Rimporteports that the man was apprehended at the Sango Border Post by the Zimbabwean Revenue Authority (Zimra). It is against the law in the country to import used garments, whether used or donated, as the country wants to protect its domestic textile industry, and guard against the health risks associated with the use of second-hand underwear.

However, because of the current economic crisis many people are being forced to purchase used clothing, including undergarments, which are often donated by developed countries.

Estonia Demands Explanation Over Russian Spy Plane -- VOA

Estonia has summoned the Russian ambassador after a Russian spy plane entered the Baltic country's airspace without permission.

A spokeswoman for the Estonian Foreign Ministry said the Baltic country considers the violation serious and "demands an explanation" from the ambassador.

The spokeswoman said Estonia wants to know why a Russian Ilyushin-20 surveillance aircraft crossed into its airspace Tuesday afternoon.

NATO says the Russian aircraft was in Estonian airspace for about a minute.

Al-Qaeda has joined the Islamic State in calling for jihad against China for its Uyghur policies.

Al-Qaeda central appears to have joined the Islamic State in calling for jihad against China over its alleged occupation of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.



This week, al-Sahab media organization, al-Qaeda's propaganda arm, released the first issue of its new English-language magazine Resurgence. The magazine has a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific in general, with feature articles on both India and Bangladesh, as well as others on Afghanistan and Pakistan.

However, the first issue also contains an article entitled "10 Facts About East Turkistan," which refers to the name given to Xinjiang by those who favor independence from China. The ten facts seek to cast Xinjiang as a longtime independent state that has only recently been brutally colonized by Han Chinese, who are determined to obliterate its Islamic heritage.


Expect a brutal Chinese crackdown in the coming months .... and this will be their excuse.
