A US rapper, Big Paybacc whose real name is Habib Ameer Zekajj has been shot in broad daylight while having lunch at a McDonald's in California on Thursday, November 6.The rapper was gunned down at about 12:30 pm in front of 15 other diners at the fast food place.
Paybacc was affiliated with Spider Loc of G-Unit and was a self-proclaimed member of the Whitsett Avenue Gangsters, a gang connected with the Crips.
The shooting is said to be intentional as the gunman targeted only the rapper and left after the deed was done.
Lt. John Corina of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said:
"It was definitely intentional. This person walked in looking for this guy, walked up behind him, fired multiple shots and walked out. He never saw it coming."
"There were about 15 to 20 patrons and employees, so it was pretty brazen to walk in like that. Obviously the shooter wanted him dead for whatever reason," Corina added.

The rapper's body was identified by his girlfriend, Jessica Jefferson who said:
"For them to be that bold, to run into a McDonald's in daylight, in front of people, kids you know, and take some kind of vengeance toward somebody, it's inhumane."
"Everybody loves him, and he's a good rapper. He has so many followers and people who stand by him. He really is a good, solid person," she added.
Zekajj was 38-years-old at the time of his death and is believed to be survived by three children.
