For a player with a 100 Bundesliga clean sheets and over 300 career Clean sheets that is an amazing feat. A champions league winner and multiple Bundesliga Titles, Neuer has proven he could do it at the highest Level. The Great Oliver Kahn had come the closest to winning the award when he finished only second to "The Phenom" Ronaldo in 2002. The Castrol Index on FIFA.com revealed that he completed an astonishing 244 passes and covered a distance of 38.5 kilometres at Brazil 2014. Which is astonishing for a Goal Keeper. Messi and Ronaldo might be the assist and goal Kings but if FIFA want their Credibility to remain then A German Player if not Neuer should win the 2014 Ballon D'OR. Greats like Andriy Shevchenko, Jens Lehmann and Oliver Kahn Believe he deserves it.
